Founded in 1984, Hateme Plastic Industries are versatile in providing quality products manufactured through Blow moulding, Injection moulding and Injection blow moulding processes. Extrusion Blow Moulding



Extrusion blow molding (EBM): Extrusion blow molding (EBM) is one of the most versatile molding processes. Plastic is melted and extruded into a hollow tube (a parison). The parison is then captured by closing it in a water-cooled mould. Air is then blown into the parison inflating it so that the plastic takes on the shape of the mould.


Material of Process: Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol (PETG).


Products Manufactured: Process allows the production of a unique range of shapes and sizes.



Injection blow molding (IBM)



Injection blow molding (IBM) is one of the most accurate molding processes. Injection blow molding is the process whereby the plastic preform is injection molded and the preform travels on the core rod to the blow mold station, where blow air enters through the core rod and lifts the hot preform material off the core rod and forms it by air pressure to the design of the female blow mold.


Material of Process: Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE)


Products Manufactured: Process allows the production of hollow objects in large quantities.



Injection molding (IM)



Injection molding (IM) is the process of melting plastic pellets (thermosetting/ thermoplastic polymers) that once malleable enough, are injected at pressure into a mould cavity, which fills and solidifies to produce the final product.


Material of Process: Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), Acrylic (PMMA), Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), Nylon, Polyamide (PA)
